We have a beautiful, romantic lakeside wedding site with room for hundreds of people. Or maybe you would like to be married under a Gazebo.... We have a banquet room inside our famous Barn, which will take you back in time.

Wedding Packages
One same day use of the Barn with the Horse and Carriage for two hours.
Plus the entire Farm House for an overnight stay.
PACKAGE “B” One use of the outdoor Wedding Sites with two changing rooms. ---$2,900
One same day use of the Barn. Plus the entire Farm House for an overnight stay.
PACKAGE “C” One use of the outdoor Wedding Sites with two changing rooms ----$2,600
and one same day use of the Barn.
PACKAGE “D” One use of the outdoor Wedding sites with two changing rooms. ---$1,600
PACKAGE “F” One use of the Barn & overnight stay in the Farm House ------------$1,600
and one overnight stay in the Farm house.
PACKAGE “G” One use of the outdoor Wedding sites and two changing rooms -----$1,350
in the Farm House.

Tables and chairs are included inside the barn - See below for cost of outdoor
tables & chairs as well as other accessories and overnight accommodations.
DISCOUNTS: Packages "A" - "H" Fridays and Sundays deduct --- 10%
Packages "A" - "H" Monday thru Thursday DEDUCT --- 20%
You do not have to rent table linens from Hodgin Valley Farm/Happy Rentz
but there is a $4 per cloth service fee for linens that come from any other source.
Our prices for linens are :

Mid length linens $8 each
Floor length linens $12 each
Burlap with overlay $15.00
Floor length w/overlay $20.00

WE HAVE THE LARGEST SELECTION OF LINENS IN THIS AREA
You may visit Happy Rentz at 1428 S Elm-Eugene St. in Greensboro and
choose your linens at any time. After your event we ask that you
do not remove the linens from the tables. We will remove them for
you and return them to Happy Rentz.
SOME AVAILABLE OPTIONS ARE:
Staff (Servers, parking, cleanup, etc) $23 per hour–minimum 3 hours
each
Four passenger golf cart $25 for 8 hours
2 door commercial cooler $25 for 24 hours
Horse & Carriage with driver (on site only) $385 - 2 hours - $90 each add'l hour

Model “A” Wedding Car with driver $175 - 2 hours - $60 each add'l hour or fraction
Outside Tables – (Includes one free setup-& one free takcdown) $4 each
